Garantie op composiet terrasplanken

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Eventuele claims moeten binnen 30 dagen na ontdekking schriftelijk worden ingediend.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Garantie is alleen van toepassing als het materiaal wordt gebruikt onder normale woon-/licht commerciële voetverkeersomstandigheden.

5. Terrasplanken moeten worden geïnstalleerd met behulp van de schriftelijke installatie-instructies van Senrui WPC® of de video-installatie-instructies van Senrui WPC®, die beide beschikbaar zijn onder het tabblad Bronnen op Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Schade veroorzaakt door meubels, apparaten, voorwerpen op wielen of voorwerpen die over de materialen heen schijnen, valt niet onder deze garantie.

9. Schade veroorzaakt door brand, overstroming, andere natuurrampen, overmacht, transport-, constructie- of installatiegerelateerde schade wordt niet gedekt door deze garantie.

10. Door nalatigheid, erosie, onjuiste drainage, verzakking of verplaatsing van de structuur waarop de terrasplanken worden geïnstalleerd, vervalt deze garantie.

11. Productkwaliteit, materiaaldefecten of fouten die niet meer dan 5% van het materiaal uitmaken, vallen niet onder deze garantie.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Deze garantie is één keer overdraagbaar, binnen vijf [5] jaar na de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum. Garantieregistratie is vereist binnen dertig [30] dagen na aankoop van het materiaal.

Als u zich niet binnen dit tijdsbestek registreert, vervalt deze garantie.
